How can I be confident of the quality and reliability?

At Dunorys Inc. Quality is a main priority. We do everything to ensure our customer satisfaction. Do you do software testing, verifications and QA services?

Yes, we do a huge amount of software testing: QA, system testing, functionality & feature testing, integration testing, regression testing, web software testing, compatibility testing on various platforms, load and performance testing, test case preparations, execution of test cases, reporting, etc.

Do you provide post-development maintenance?

Yes, we do support all software we design on the basis of a product license. This generally includes bug-tracking and fixing. Feature enhancements and developments are handled.

What contracts and agreements do you sign?

We sign NDAs before initial discussions, and final contracts are drawn out in detail.

How detailed set of requirements do you require from us?

It's an interactive process. For successful design project realization we need a detailed specification. You should point all your preferences concerning style, color gamut, shapes. Also we need to know your project specification, description of the application the design will be developed for. Also you need to provide any content or design you want to be included in the project.

Can you come on-site?

Yes we do, where required. This may be especially useful in initial requirements gathering, final implementation or other pain points. In such cases, our consultants will work on-site at pre-decided rates.

How do we keep ourselves informed about progress of the project?

We will send you regular project status reports. We use a combination of pre-determined update schedules (normally email) and skype meetings (usually tele-conferences, or live chat).

What is your company’s pricing structure?

We charge an initial product cost at the time of purchase, based on the scope of your application. This covers product, technical support, and any maintenance for the first 6months of use. A yearly support and software upgrade fee, totaling 30% of initial product cost, will be charged at 12 month intervals, following the AMC purchase.

Can you work on a project which was left incomplete by the previous vendor?

Yes we can work on the said project. We will take up the project if it suits our architecture or else we have to build it from the ground up so that the quality standards and security required for a world class products are met.
